The largest bass taken under a catch and release weighed 18 pounds.

Hunting includes deer, turkey, and hundreds of ducks during the fall migration.

The property includes 25 acres of mature pecan trees. There is an older 2 bedroom, furnished air conditioned and heated double wide home.  The area east of the dam has an air conditioned pavilion with a full kitchen near the picnic area.
