Roof Details:


This is a 20 year Mueller "Galvaluminum Plus "26 guage R-panel roofing
with 2" of brand newpolyisosyanurate insulation foam board over 50 mil
IB Superior Membrane (PVC/CPA) Roof System, placed over existing 50 mil
IB Superior Membrane and that is over existing insulation board (from
previous roofing system).

All roof coping walls are covered from top to bottom with Signature 300 Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 Tundra 20 year baked Painted metal. This means if any hail comes down onto the roof at an angel, the IB Superior Membrane, which covers all of these coping walls under the metal panels, will not be damaged.  This gives us well over R-20 factor in our roof.
This Galvaluminum Plus addition to our IB Superior Membranes is
overkill by a longshot, but it assures one of never having to worry about hail damage again! 

The insulating factor is greater as well.    The quality of this roof is unprecedented, and the sellers are very happy they made the decision to do this construction.  It  took 4 weeks with 5-9 men each day.
Because Accutech Roofing from Fort Worth, Texas is only one of the few
specialized roofers in the Southwest who could competently install this IB Membrane roofing, they had to stay most nights in motels up here in Sherman.
